Eligibility:
- The contest is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
- Participants must have a valid email address and provide accurate contact details for prize notification.
- The contest is not open to employees, partners, or immediate family members of the organizing company.
Entry Fee:
- The entry fee for participating is $17, which is non-refundable.
- Each payment grants one entry to the contest.
- Participants can submit multiple entries to increase their chances of winning, but each entry requires a separate $17 fee.
Guaranteed Rewards:
- Upon completing the payment, every participant will automatically receive:
- Special Sound Effects for Wedding Videos — a curated collection to enhance the emotional impact of wedding videos.
- Wedding LUTs — professional color grading presets designed specifically for wedding footage.
- These resources will be delivered via a downloadable link sent to the participant's registered email address.
Grand Prize:
- One lucky winner will receive free video editing for all their weddings in 2025.
- The prize includes editing services such as cutting, color grading, sound design, and visual effects for all wedding videos shot during the year 2025.
- The prize does NOT include:
- Filming or additional footage acquisition
- Travel expenses or accommodation costs
- Any extra services beyond the standard video editing package
Winner Selection:
- The winner will be chosen randomly through an online draw.
- The live draw will take place on January 10, 2026, and will be broadcast online. The exact platform and time will be announced via email and on the official contest page.
- All participants are encouraged to join the live stream for transparency.
Prize Claim:
- The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during registration.
- The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 days of the announcement.
- Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner may be selected.
Use of Materials:
- By participating, entrants consent to the use of their names, images, and any submitted footage for promotional purposes related to this contest without additional compensation.
- The organizing company reserves the right to use the edited wedding videos for marketing and portfolio purposes.
Modifications and Cancellations:
- The organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or insufficient participation.
- Once the contest is canceled for any of the reasons mentioned above, participants will still have received the bonus LUT presets and sound effects, which are valued higher than the participation fee.
- Any modifications will be communicated on site.
Disqualification:
- Participants who attempt to manipulate the contest, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activities will be disqualified.
- The organizing company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants at any stage.
Liability:
- The organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the contest or the use of the prizes.
- Participants agree to release the organizers from any claims or disputes arising from their involvement in the contest.
